First part of B mostly for C because ultimately I don't control or influence it and focus on local and state
B, because the media and politicians say A every single time.
For those of us outside the United Plantations, it's mostly B: with any large, uncontrollable armed gang, it's important to forecast as much as possible how they might harm us here in what they arrogantly call "the rest of the world", or to profit from their activities.
