Today I started training for my June marathon after taking a Christmas break and sticking to Easy runs during January.

18 weeks to go.

11 miles with a mix of Easy, Marathon, and Threshold paces.

Bro, the party really starts at mile 18 in a marathon. You're fast...but not getting exposed to enough time on feet. Go do a 3 hour run, at any sustainable pace, with the goal being to maintain 3 hours of continuous running, without stopping or walking.

You'll learn a bunch.
