Apparently Phoenix channel splicing can also lower your channel capacity just by sending some on chain, whereas before it was fixed and channels remained open for incoming payments. 🤔
Just cut my inbound in half by sending sats to cold storage.
That is an unfortunate side effect. I used https://boltz.exchange/ to swap out without losing capacity!
