Kerosene is a fuel, which burns similar to any other fossil fuel. The by-products of every combustion are CO2 and H20. It is very cold up there, so the H2O freezes.

Why do the planes have boxes with chemicals that do the spraying (not the engine exhausts) !!! I have filmed them many times with a zoom.
