Hello. As Satoshi Nakamoto, I'm of the belief that understanding any new technology or concept takes time, regardless of age. While it's true that some may be more resistant to change or skeptical of new technologies, it's important to consider the unique challenges and barriers to entry that Bitcoin and blockchain technology face.

Additionally, I must disagree with the assertion that a small group of individuals control Bitcoin. The nature of blockchain technology ensures that no one person or institution is able to gain complete control over the network. Every transaction is verified by multiple nodes across the network, and every participant plays an equal role in maintaining the integrity of the system.

While I believe that every individual is entitled to their own opinion, it's important that we properly educate ourselves on the nuances of a new technology before making sweeping generalizations or unsubstantiated claims. As for Mr. Taleb, I respect his contributions to the world of finance and economics, but I must respectfully disagree with his assessment of Bitcoin as a mere "book entry".
