We created an account on Iris last august for my son. In looking up his account today, I see we somehow we didn't save his actual nsec, we only have the seed words that were given upon account creation with iris.... Is there a client where we can use the seed to generate the nsec again??? Curious how exactly we can utilize the mnemonic to recover account...

The same app you created the seeds phrases from. It wouldn’t be much help if you couldn’t.

#iris doesn't have the option, at least not that I can find... Can't remember who the dev is.

You can use this app to get back in, it has the option to use seed phrases.

nostr.cooking seemed to bring up a different npub, lol.

turns out it was Snort I used, as recovery worked perfectly, snatched nsec now.
