my baby boy didnt make it last september due to very prematurity.

what happened was my wife was diagnosed with few commorbidities during last pregnancy we were not aware of the conditions before,y fault too because i never brought her for screening) . during that time she needed two progesterone support (duphaston & utrogestan) and two anti vomit , because she was vomiting severely even in second trimester and these medication cost quite a sum. i barely can afford it until my government hospital agreed to pay for some and my university / my employee paid for some.

now she is due for an operation in february, 2024 to solve part of the commorbidity at my university hospital. i cant afford a private healthcare, hence, the waiting period.
