The only real #v4v would be a mandatory Sats per min where the number of Sats is decided by the content creator (+fees for the app).

Strongly disagree.👎 There is def room for both models.
A gift economy is the ideal, where value returned to the content creator is a 100% voluntary overflowing of gratitude from the recipient.
And nostr is the Genesis of the living proof that this is possible; it's merely in its infancy. When we have the numbers and reach, this form of spontaneous voluntary support will more than adequately compensate every creator of authentic value.😀
