Hmmm, I'm missing where the stamping interaction with the relay is, is that a specific nip or what?

We haven’t written NIP: ecash sats stamp yet.
Cool would it be possible to have the relay accept both free and stamped messages? Like a group full of public shit posting on the same relay as serious stamped encrypted messages?
The relay only needs to forward both stamped and unstamped messages. Think of the relay as a post office.
