I've never been much for bagel sandwiches. What about you?

Cinnamon raisin with cream cheese or butter

Everything bagel with sundried tomato cream cheese.

Or plain cream cheese with lox, tomato, red onion, and capers.

Or egg and cheddar with hot sauce.

Lots of ways to go with this.
