If Satoshi was around today he would've told everyone "To Go Fork Themselves" because Bitcoin is permissionless.

You don't need consensus when you are the consensus, run whatever version of "Bitcoin" that you want.

The market will always follow the best incentives, and whichever fork is better will accumulate the most value behind it.

Devs, Users, Wallets, Exchanges, etc.

If we're lucky both continue to exist but it's likely the less fortunate "Bitcoin" will lose a lot of the market force when the other "Bitcoin" starts to become a clear winner.
