But the fact that Western courts have entertained this horseshit for years is fucked. How is it that the a court's assumption of good faith does not diminish as a litigant's story and behavior across various proceedings become more absurd or outright offensive? Or is it that the assumption of good faith can be bought? You can't call a spade, if the spade is well-funded?
