It's a wait and see, I think. Social media intensifies bullying, but also exposes them to diverse perspectives. Social media shares knowledge, yet distracts them (and anyone from tasks at hand).

It's just an intenified cultural chane, but I think the real gamechanger for cognitive intelligence is AI tools.
