POS is all about trying to stop the bleed against bitcoin by reducing the selling pressure. Any other reason given is just a lie.

The important question is "what's the best form of money?"

Is it the lowest inflation rate RIGHT NOW as a result of HUMAN DECISIONS that can be changed like they have MANY TIMES in the past for a token that can be CENSORED and TRANSACTIONS REVERSED?

Or is the best form of money the one where issuance has NEVER DEVIATED from the schedule set out at its creation because NOBODY HAS THE POWER change the issuance, censor or reverse transactions?

Moving to POS from POW to pump the price is actually MORE FIAT THAN FIAT ITSELF.
