Today i tried again to update #ronindojo to 2.1.4. which still didn't work.

I checked #ronin Backend Logs.

This is the first error message after triggering the update:

"Fatal: unable to access 'http://... .onion/Ronin/Ronindojo. git/': Failed to connect to 127.0.0. 1 port 9050: Connection refused"

It seems to be an issue with #tor .

I was able to open the git page via tor browser, so the issue seems to be on my end 🤷🏻‍♂️

Tor log on the Ronindojo repeatedly says

"Have tried resolving or connecting to address '[scrubbed]' at 3 different places. Giving up."

And then

"Closed 1 stream for service [scrubbed].onion for reason resolve failed. Fetch status : No more HSDir available to query."

I have no idea what this means, but it doesn't sound good 🤔

Any help would be much appreciated 🫡

Still haven't found a solution to update #ronindojo 🤔

This is the error message:

fatal: unable to access 'http://xxxlinkxxx.onion/Ronin/ronindojo.git/': Failed to connect to 127.0.0. 1 port 9050: Connection refused

fatal: ambiguous argument 'HEAD..origin/master': unknown revision or path not in the working tree.

I guess reflashing the SD card could solve this?

There is no uptodate image for the Pi4.

The last one in the archive is from february 🤔

Yes, it could potentially solve this. You could also try restarting tor from the settings first. But a reflash of the sd card to the latest should fix most issues.

I restarted the whole node several times. Does it make a difference to restart tor?

Depending on what version is currently running there was an option to restart tor specifically. I would flash a fresh image to the sd for your hardware. Are you on a pi or a rcokpro?

On a Pi4. There seems to be no new image. I could try the latest one and hope that the updates work. But i don't want to brick a running system 🤔
