can anyone explain to me why my VPS appears to be firewalled by cloudflare?

i'm even connecting through a wireguard tunnel directly to the vps with the server so i don't get what is going on here:

seriously, does anyone know why this request comes back with headers that indicate the access was proxied by cloudflare?

is this the internet or cloudflarenet?

i'm going to ask support at my VPS about this, because i'm not cool with my traffic being filtered

i have a suspicion this is due to namecheap dns service, just trying to isolate the cause so i can fix this bloody nonsense
