true. also people who have passion, dedication, independent, forward thinking and talent all wrapped in one, is super rare and hard to come by. Good people make a lot of diff. Its very cool seeing so many smart devs here working on nostr to make the world a better place.

Perhaps it helps to know whats being built and where this is going. Not in specific to you, I have never used amethyst and all i know is that you always share innovative ideas,think out of the box and your users leave you with very good reviews here. But in general - maybe some interesting and unique ways of measuring growth might trigger a lot of interest in funders, in media, and ripply effect of crowd movements.

The way it was done over the past few years were month to month comparisons, so even if its 2 new people out of a pool of 10, thats 20% growth. Nostr probably has diff goals in bringing people together - and highlighting those areas, and that types of growth might be significant in getting more grants to ease up financial burden. It might also attract and increase pool of grant providers and other types of funds.

Traditionally it can take 2-3 years if you are lucky before you can break even (assuming there is a revenue plan along the way) and everytime you raise, you may want to raise for 18 mths .You can't predict the future for sure but just an idea how much needed for extra infrastructure, manpower, growth plan etc. At least sufficient runway will give lengthier peace of mind. Nt sure if any of this is relevant except for the first paragraph so take whats useful and forget about the rest =)
