i think what causes the cognitive dissonance is that the majority of funding of this protocol to date has been essentially donations from million/billionaires so there's a sense of "don't bite the hand that feeds you" in this
and i think actually, these feeders don't care and are giving the funding out BECAUSE it's about not having this walking on eggshells nonsense
