Brainstorming a better system for #nostr reactions. I initially thought just adding a "+" or "-" to the start of all emoji reactions would be a simple solution, but nostr:npub180cvv07tjdrrgpa0j7j7tmnyl2yr6yr7l8j4s3evf6u64th6gkwsyjh6w6 pointed out that it would break some current clients.
