Yes, I mean a live podcast recording in call apps.

And unfortunately on android you cannot separate audio output and input to two devices, it should be all in one bluetooth connection.

I think what you want is a mobile "audio interface" that is wired to the mobile over usbc, but then this dongle has a Bluetooth chip in and a 3.5mm jack for the lav mic.

So the phone looks like the dongle is doing the audio and then it's split from there.

I know wires are not cool but It's probably easier to do.

This is exactly what you are looking for except with wire:

Besides. Cyherpunks surely wouldn't use Bluetooth with all of its security issues over the years would they?

Analog cable audio is more secure and private. 🫠

However, most audio interfaces in modern devices use USB-C. And Bluetooth is more secure than connecting stuff to your USB-C plug :)

Why you think that Bluetooth is more secure than USB-C? To me Bluetooth seems to be pretty vulnerable legacy.

It depends on what you want to do. Bluetooth 5 leaks a random number that people can use to track you.

USB-C connection, in the other hand, can take full control of your device if you are not careful.

That's a nice solution!

I would strongly prefer fully wireless, any chance there's one?

I'll keep my ears to the ground for you. I'm not aware at the moment.

Thanks a lot, this was already super helpful.
