The only thing missing here is that the post is not deleted. I think I see that nobody but me is complaining about this.

I wonder if it is possible to have your notes only on private relay without other relays gathering and storing your data.

If you are in EU you should be able to send request to all relays for data deletion according to GDPR laws

Lets see. Note deletion seems far from impossible but rather not supported at the moment.
