Anyone have recommendations on places to stay in San Jose or anywhere on the way to Uvita in Costa Rica? Also, looking for recommendations for places to stay in Uvita that have good internet for remote work. Preferably would like to stay somewhere in walking distance to Cafe Vivo and the butcher restaurant (don’t remember the name).

Haha why? Do you have any opinions on Jaco? I’m thinking of staying there for a couple days. Is the beach break there similar to Playa Hermosa in Uvita?

I simply don’t know good airbnbs etc. I always just end up lucking into a spot.

Jaco is not my vibe. But there is a friendly beach break for beginner intermediate surfers.. And there’s also a playa hermosa in Jaco. That is not a friendly beach break. Awesome waves there and cool little town.
