Replying to nobody

Thank you for the reply. And "showing reply" feed would be very useful to me!

I know about the performing issue, so that I wiped cash time to time on Option. Now I understand why you hide it. Anyway I like your client for the web version most, so thank you for your work!

The "show replies" switch should be back now on the alpha version of noStrudel https://next.nostrudel.ninja

Its probably still going to have performance issues, but it should be usable until I find a better solution.

I also updated it so replies show the note they are replying to, so they at least have some context 😄
