Also accidentally reposted stuff before, especially when switching between different #nostr clients. There is currently no client that can undo of a repost afaik.
The design of the network makes deleting post difficult if not impossible. It's a compromise for increased censorship resistance. I don't think you can have one without the other..👍🙂
