I listened to Saylor's speech at Bitcoin Policy Institute last night. While I generally like him, two things really stood out to me.

I feel like he makes massive assumptions and doesn't explain them, at times. Like he said that if the US offered a "digital" dollar, the USD market share of currency would go to 30% from about 13%. I don't see how it being more digital than it already is changes anything, so I wish he had explained.

Also, I don't see any reason why we need the dollar at all. He insists Bitcoin is not a threat to the dollar, but I completely disagree. There is absolutely no reason Bitcoin can't eventually be a widely adopted medium of exchange.
