Just joined recently and wallet integration has been the biggest hurdle. If I'm using primal on mobile then it's fine but there are hoops I have to jump through if I'm using a different app combo. Hopefully that pathway gets ironed out over time

if they understood that their shitocoin could join this ecosystem simply by implementing NWC...

they would know that they should shut the fuck up and go talk to their favourite shitcoin devs to get NWC working

that's why i hate them all even more now than ever, when they post bullshit on nostr and don't even know what they are talking about

and this is also why i'm going to drop this one on my final milestone review because currently the vague idea is they will use their "wrapped" bitcoin derivative in this, but there is no reason why they can't add NWC to their main wallet implementation and join the network properly

but they have enough common interests, the naive ones, to constitute a massive userbase we can invite here and warm up to the joys of lightning, and that interest will also boost the funding for LN development, or Ark, or whatever, since the whole point of NWC is precisely abstracting this payment process

i have seen in the NIPs about markets, that markets don't dictate the currency so it's completely mistaken on teh part of the haters that this protocol is bitcoin/ln only

that's only because they are too stupid to realise that is a really dumb idea and despite everything this dumb idea has not dictated the specification, and i still hate fiatjaf and drivechains and liquid and all the other shitcoins, but we can't win as a social network without owning the p2p payment space, and NWC is already here waiting for people to use
