Broken Money, by nostr:npub1a2cww4kn9wqte4ry70vyfwqyqvpswksna27rtxd8vty6c74era8sdcw83a is only one of two books that I have ever read that acknowledge the anthropological fact that the first known organized economies were built on debt-based ledgers. Money came later. The other book is "Debt: The First 5000 Years".

Similar point made in Brett Scott’s book Cloud Money. ‘Money makes the market’, not the other way around.

I point this out, because most bitcoin-adjacent books repeat the tired, unsubstantiated old Econ 100 chestnut that first there was barter, then money, then banks, then economies based on debt.

Now you know and will not be able to unseen it.

Another one who is trying to make millions out of the community

The free content she writes is well researched and cited, and isnt full of the typical appeals to people's greed, emotion or ignorance, (like plenty of social media and podcast influencers). There are certainly cynical money grabs, but I think she is providing an emotionally-detached quality of content that doesn't belie some sort of grift.

100%

And besides, I truly don’t think she needs us plebs to make money 😂

I think she is a real one with great intelligence, wisdom, heart and presence, who has the (unusual) gift of being able to relate to people in all strata of society

So you don’t think her work is providing value?
