I am seeing reports of pneumonia (especially in children). It may be a good time to stock up on mullein.

I use mullein for any lung issues during cold and flu season. It can help with coughs, pneumonia, and asthma.

I have used a tincture of mullein in tea, and have made my own tea from the leaves.

In a world that sells fear, be informed.

You can purchase mullein in health food stores and online.

The amazing thing about this plant: it can be found/foraged in the winter when most other herbs and medicinals have died off.

Huh. This stuff grows like crazy on my property. We just call it the toilet paper plant. Didn't know it is medicinal.

Now you know. If you develop a cough, go grab some leaves, and steep them in hot water. Strain it and add local honey to sweeten. I also like to add lemon and ginger slices.

The leaves are useful for both ends. 😁
