After 9 days doing way too much walking up and down ridiculous hills, finally my quads crapped out.
I am feeling amazing after ditching eggs and drinking 2L of milk daily. I have been literally unable to stop myself from going out and getting hard exercise every day until my quads crapped out this afternoon.
Well, it's long over due. 9 days straight I have been doing about 10km/day on slopes between 10-25%.
My calves have never been this bulky. I better start taking days off so I don't overtrain.
Can't wait to start getting into full on mountain climbing.
If you have allergies and didn't consider eggs might be a problem, consider it. It might be the main allergen, in fact.
