That's what she gets for eating their father and believing that she's a strong, independent woman capable of raising the kids as a single mom.
Sometimes you don't even to believe, eating him might be the best way๐

spiders... just no
when i was about 4, i woke up with a huge hairy wolf spider on my face and partly in my mouth.
now, i can handle little jumping spiders and certain others. i pick them up to try to stop being afraid... 50 years later.
Tarantulas nope, wolf spiders nope.
even seeing one on a video sometimes makes me gag.

Yea we don't really have spiders in Czechia, you should move.
there are barely any bugs at all in Alberta where i live now. โค๏ธ
the ones we have are teeny tiny.
I hate spiders too, no trauma, they just freak me out. But 6yo is a huge fan, so I'm learning to like them. Colorful tarantulas are magnificent. Somebody here sells spiders for bitcoin and they are also incredibly cute. That said, bigger spider sat on my hand while I played ukulele on the vacation and I woke up half of the camp. 6yo found my reaction hilarious.
i don't even hate them. they are beneficial in that they eat bugs. i think tarantulas and other colourful ones are beautiful and then the gagging starts. roflmao. ๐คฃ
i dislike that i have a fear of a fear that is 50+ years old. phobias, difficult to crack.
i was attacked by a dog once when i was about 6. a good friend helped me get over it. it was easier than spiders.
snakes, i'm good. haha.
it's interesting how these things happen and shape who we are.
