Have you tried reflashing your SD card again? That’s what fixed it for me the last time I had a similar issue

I'm on an old laptop. Wouldn't I lose my lightning channels and the sats associated?

In my case, umbrel had them backed up on the hard drive, so everything was recovered. The SD card is just the OS. I’d wait for confirmation from someone from umbrel, though because your setup is different from mine. I used a raspberry pi, not a laptop

Ok. Try using Putty and ssh into your laptop

No. Don’t delete anything. Just spin up a new node on a new machine, recover it there and copy over your bitcoin data.
