here was 27 degrees today and then storm already 3hrs with lots of rain . now 17degrees

Where I live gets 48in of rain annually. Yes, 4ft of rain between October and May.
It’s a lot of rain.
We seem to get alot of rain, then usually go into drought for long periods.
and its still raining probably will be all night
