Can you tell me more about the primal follow list? What is it?

I guess it’s the “famous” people? Why copy that Twitter mistake? I’d rather like to connect with people from my locality instead. No fame needed to be followed by me. Authenticity and locality would be more important to me.

I don't know about all platforms but on #Amethyst you can set it to "around me". Which is what you are asking for

Don't know, if nostr.land has considered something like that. He's working on an AI-translation service, so nostr:npub12262qa4uhw7u8gdwlgmntqtv7aye8vdcmvszkqwgs0zchel6mz7s6cgrkj has the tech stack for it.
