Trump had good judicial nominations (most likely due to Federalist Society & Judge Nap)

He didn't start any new wars

He nominated Jerome Powell (ideally would abolish Fed, but Powell seems much more sensible than the past several Fed heads)

Trump got a tax cut through (bringing us from 2nd highest in OECD to middle of the pack)

But I agree he didn't achieve deep reform, he nominated a bunch of swamp creatures and let them run wild
