Hey nostr:nprofile1qqsyvrp9u6p0mfur9dfdru3d853tx9mdjuhkphxuxgfwmryja7zsvhqpzamhxue69uhhv6t5daezumn0wd68yvfwvdhk6tcpz9mhxue69uhkummnw3ezuamfdejj7qgwwaehxw309ahx7uewd3hkctcscpyug just a thought, not urgent or anything: a marker for images without checksum, as an indication that there is no way to know for sure.

Not sure if this is too common such that it becomes an annoyance, but the *lack of* a marker is more easily overlooked (or forgotten about) than an unexpected marker.

We had a red marker before and that just pissed people off. We need to find a good design for it. The main issue is that the receiver can't do anything about it. The app is "screaming" at them, but it's not their fault. So, it becomes more of an annoyance than something useful.... 🤔

Okay. Red fot images without a checksim is kind of confusing, I'd say. Red for bad checksums seems justified as you also give information when you tap on it. (iirc)

I'd propose smth like '?' but it would have to be noticable in some way.
