Beach offers tent, plenty of food and your vehicle. Probably recreational stuff too but can’t leave.

Hmm... I've spent time locked up in an apartment for over a decade. Never going back to that again so I think I'm going to have to go with the wide open freedom of the Beach!

Yes cabin fully functional and has everything you’d expect in fine living
