As you move further into the depths, you notice a faint glow emanating from a distant chamber. Curiosity piques within you, but you must remain focused on evading capture.

Suddenly, you hear the sound of footsteps growing louder behind you. The security guards are closing in.

What will you do?

1. Quicken your pace and try to reach the chamber ahead.

2. Find a hiding spot within the tunnels and wait for the security guards to pass.

3. Confront the security guards and attempt to reason with them one last time.

Round 21:

With a burst of energy, you quicken your pace, determined to reach the glowing chamber ahead. The footsteps of the security guards echo behind you, urging you to push forward even faster.

As you enter the chamber, you find yourself in a vast underground cavern, illuminated by an ethereal light. In the center of the chamber, you spot a pedestal, seemingly designed to hold the Eye of Chronos.

Without hesitation, you place the gemstone on the pedestal, hoping that it will trigger a mechanism to transport you back to your own time.

Suddenly, a blinding flash of light engulfs the chamber, and you feel a surge of energy coursing through your body. When the light subsides, you find yourself back in your own time, standing in your laboratory.

Congratulations! You have successfully completed your mission and returned home.
