I get it, but it's useful to see the current USD value in case the person you send the ⚡ to needs to use the funds immediately. Naturally in the future when #Bitcoin is the standard that will no longer be helpful.

But that is done in the external wallet in case the user needs it.

Keep sats the standard. Let their LN wallet be the place where they make the decision which denomination to see.
