I rest my case. Anyone, and I mean literally anyone, talking civil war should be called out for the chaos agents they are. They are all snakes. And this includes everyone's favorite spook, Tucker Carlson.

The reason they are right about these predictions - like Tucker and Alex Jones were about the Trump 'assasination attempt' - is cos it is part of their plan. This tweet is part of the narrative building that normalizes it in our minds. "Oh Elon the genius said it so it's definitely gonna happen".

This is a claim that is borderline inciting violence. And is at the least fear mongering. But this guy expects us to just take his word for it cos he's a 'genius'? No detailed analysis for such a definitive statement? Fraud or not, intelligence asset or not, this is an awful thing to do
"talking civil war" is stupidly vague
there are general historical events that correlate with a failed state / civil war / insurgency movement
if these events are happening in your own time, it's good and proper to discuss and prepare for the likely.
