#asknostr In your country, when you rent an apartment, do you also have to pay a 100% deposit and 50% (or how it’s working in Lviv 100%) to the realtor?
I’m starting the day by searching for a flat with Moniq because my friend is returning soon, and I believe I can somehow rent my first flat in life.
Usually one months rent and a security deposit (if you damage the property). But you it get back when you move out
