Find a good puppy training class in your area. I found when I got a puppy the training class was about training myself as much as training my pup. It was also great for socialization and bonding with my pup. Training never ends. It’s a work in progress always.
When I have a puppy around I always have appropriate chew toys on hand. When they chew on something inappropriate, I say no and replace with an appropriate chew toy. Puppies are really good at pointing out things you need to pick up or secure.

Ours really enjoyed strategy toys (e.g., Trixie Flip Board Strategy Game) to get some extra snacks. 😋
