Trying to! I normally do a pretty good job during the day. Though I did do several long trade shows in the last week and I do get dehydrated, because I'm so busy talking to people.

Getting dehydrated makes me itchy. Try and keep your fluid uptake up. If inclined, a little sugar to ease the detox a little.
