Go for it. It's worth it. Speaking from my own experience.

And once you adjust to proper eating it is not even that hard to keep it.

That's what I am hoping. Still a ways to go, but, I'm on the journey.

I lost 30kg in ca 2 years.

So far, I'm pretty set since I typically eat 4 things and it's working well so far.
