That’s a question I had and maybe you can answer!

Does someone need inbound capacity to receive lightning sats? Like, if I want to receive 1000 I must also provide those 1000 sats in the channel?

Look into LNBig or amboss.space

These are places where you can buy inbound liquidity. Otherwise you can use the loop out method another commenter mentioned. Whichever is cheaper right?
