I guess it’s a trade-off between security and authenticity, but either way, the human element still shines through
Showing up for vlogs doesn't actually solve the problems we all face. It's similar to putting a bandaid on a bullet wound imo. Personally I prefer to show up to city hall meetings etc.
I think most are doing vlogs just to fit in with the popular npubs, zap farming, etc etc.
Humans are strange...
We've went from nyms to full on video vlogs showing faces on nostr and nobody bats an eye about sliding into compliance...
