> where are they being hosted

I'm hosted my [nostr-rs-relay] nostr.4rs.nl at netcup.com.

> where are the relays storing the data

Relays don't have much data, it's only store json events, the media are stored in different servers called media servers, then you only attach the URL of your media in your note under `imeta` tag, you can learn more from [nip-92].

For example this is your GM note tags

```json
{
"tags": [
[
"imeta",
"url ",
"m image/jpeg",
"ox 32db714ca53dd9e31021def06a4c5a55d6620bc1167ab1ba0e8b5844d269fdb4",
"dim 4080x2296"
]
]
}
```

As you can see your image hosted in #primal mediaserver, the clients will take care of you, you only click on "Add image" button. btw, you can specify to your client what media server to use, I don't know if #primal support that or not, but it's exist.

Some clients does not render markdown, I don't know why. Anyway, #Amethyst render it correctly.

Hey Thanks!

So for example, the relay of Bitvora Haven by nostr:npub1utx00neqgqln72j22kej3ux7803c2k986henvvha4thuwfkper4s7r50e8, it includes a Blossom Server for media. In this case, or in the case that you have a dedicated media server separate from the relay, the storage capacity will increase drastically right? Of course, depending on how much media you have.

And I just check netcup, looks interesting for sure! thanks!

Yes, but this is not #Nostr job, the relays doesn't receive or send any kind of media, it's only receive and send json events.

So HAVEN is not only a nostr relay, it's a nostr relay + mideaserver, because as I said, dealing with the media is not a #Nostr job.

thanks!

Sorry for the delay in replying, I replied after your reply, but the note was not sent due to a signature issue, I don't know what the reason is yet
