in the summer, i wake up and stand in the sun.

cant do it in winter in the PNW. so i have a high intensity, full spectrum, professional photography light next to my bed. i wake up, roll over and blast myself in the face. then start a fire. with some extra vitamin D, zinc and magnesium, this simple habit made alot of the seasonal low energy stuff go away.
