Don't be a whiney westerner. Stop washing the bugs out of your salad and take your protein and parasites when you can get it. The poor people in Brazil have to go to all-you-can-eat steakhouses.
You're right my privilege is showing :( I forgot about the yummy aphids. I WILL eat the bugs and like it.
