It disables likes, so the only available reactions are reposting, commenting, and zaps.

I think you're using Amethyst - so at the moment it doesn't directly impact you.

On the Damus client, the dev removed the like 👍 button on posts leaving only the zap ⚡ button, for people using the OnlyZap mode.
