The Israel Defense Force (IDF) has confirmed that it carried out an Airstrike earlier today near the Town of Qana in Southern Lebanon, which targeted a Vehicle being driven by Khadir Sa'id Hashem, the Commander of the Naval Unit within Hezbollah’s “Elite” Radwan Force.
